In a 30°-60°-90° triangle length of hypotenuse is 12 cm then find the length of the side opposite to angle 30° degree

  • 30° - 60° - 90° is a special right triangle , a set square in the geometry box is one such triangle , it’s sides ratio is 1:√3:2.

  • As hypotenuse is 12 cm, the shortest leg will be 6 cm while the longer leg will be 6√3 cm.

  • All triangles of 30:60:90 are similar triangles , infinite such similar triangles are possible.
