In a 3D space, why are there 2 points on a given line which are at a fixed distance from a given point? pls refer the attachment.

yes there will always be 2 points

Step-by-step explanation:

consider a sphere of radius 6 and centre at origin. a line will cut this sphere at 2 points. so this 2 points will be equal distance from the origin
