in a activity of measuring the four angles of a quadrilateral one pupul found the angles to be 126 85 89 and 61 did the pupil commit any mistake in his measurement ? if yes and if he measured the acute angle correct ly can you rectify his mistake

We know that, sum of all angles of a quadrilateral is 360 degrees.

Here, sum of given angles = 126+85+89+61 degrees = 361 degrees

Here, it clearly is grater than 360 degrees. So, the pupil did make a mistake. If he measured the acute angles ( those which are < 90 degrees ) , then the obtuse angle must be subtracted by 1 degree.

Hence, his mistake is 126 degree, which should be 125 degree (ANS)
