In a bag number od one rupee coin is three than two rupees coin. If there are only Rs 150 im this bag then find out the number of both the coins​

Answer :

Let there are n two-rupee coins. So, there must be 3n one-rupee coins.

Amount of 3n one rupee = 3n(1) = 3n

Amount of n two rupees = (n)(2) = 2n

Total amount = Rs 150

⇒ 2n + 3n = 150

⇒ 5n = 150

⇒ n = 150/5 = 30

 There are 3n one-rupee coins,  hence,

there 3n = 3(30) = 90 coins
