Solution :-
Let us assume that, number of Rs.2 coins are x .
so,
→ Number of Rs. 1 coins = 3 * number of Rs.2 coins = 3x
then,
→ Total amount = Rs.150
→ 1 * number of Rs. 1 coins + 2 * number of Rs.2 coins = 150
→ 1 * 3x + 2 * x = 150
→ 3x + 2x = 150
→ 5x = 150
→ x = 30 coins (Ans.)
therefore,
→ Number of Rs. 1 coins = 3x = 3 * 30 = 90 coins (Ans.)
Hence, Number of Rs. 1 coins are 90 and Number of Rs. 2 coins are 30 .
