No. of non-effective bulbs = (100/30)

                                           = 70 bulbs

So,

Total no. of outcomes=100

No. of favourable outcome = 70

So, P(getting a good bulb) = 70/100

                                           = 7/10

(Ans): The probability of getting a good bulb is 7/10.
