Hii friend,

Possible outcomes = 36

Favourable outcomes = 36-12 = 24

P(E) getting a good bulbs = FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES/POSSIBLE OUTCOMES = 24/36= 2/3 Ans.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.... :-)

Total number of bulbs = 36

Number of defective bulbs = 12

P(Getting a defective bulb) = 12/36
= 0.34

Therefore, the probability of getting a good bulb = 1 - 0.34
= 0.66 Ans
