In a bag, there are 36bulbs out of which 12 are defective ones. A bulb is taken out of bag at random. Find the probability of the selected bulb to be a good one.

Number of good bulbs = 36 -12
= 24

Total outcomes = 36

Favourable outcomes = 12

Probability = 24/36
= 2/3
