In a bakery, baking powder was not added while preparing cake. The cake obtained was hard and small in size. why?​

because baking powder do fermentation which increases the size of the cake makes it soft as fermentation causes the breaking down of sugar and release of carbon dioxide and softens the substance

Answer:

baking soda contain bulging property. so, that's why it can blow

here baking soda is not added so it is not blow that's why the cake is small
