Given: The total number of flowers is60 and 45% are roses.

We have to find the number of roses is there in the basket.

We are solving in the following way:

We have,

The total number of flowers is60 and 45% are roses.

=>60\times\frac{45}{100} \\\\=>27

Hence, there are 27roses in the basket.

And the number of lilies is there in the basket will be:

=>60-27\\=>33

So, the number of lilies is there in the basket will be33.

Hence,  the number of lilies is there in the basket will be33 and there are 27roses in the basket.
