Answer is 9

!er total no. of apples be x

from given 12% is rotten then 88% is good

88\% \: of \: m \: = \: (88 \div 100)m

(88 \div 100)m \: = \: 66

m \: = \: 66 \times (100 \div 88)

m \: = \: 3 \times 25

m \: = \: 75

given 12% is rotten

12\% \: of \: m \: = \: (12 \div 100)m \: = (12 \div 100)75 \: = \: 3 \times 3 \: = \: 9
