In India there is the bicameral legislature consisting of lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The Lok Sabha is much more powerful than Rajya Sabha. When any ordinary law needs to be passed by both the houses then in the case   of conflict the Lok Sabha prevails over the Rajya Sabha

Explanation:

  • Lok Sabha is more powerful than the Rajya Sabha in India  because the money bills can only be passed in lok Sabha.
  • The amendment to  the Constitution can be made in the Lok Sabha.
  • Once the Lok Sabha passes the budget or any other money related law, Rajya Sabha cannot reject it.
