In a bisexual flower if the stamens are removed the the flower recieves pollen grains from another flower's stamen by cross pollination. thus the flower undergoes fertilisation and produce fruit.

Answer:

Despite the removal of the stamens(the male reproductive units) artificially, the flower produces fruits as it still has the pistil and so it can reproduce by cross pollination.
