Despite the removal of the stamens(the male reproductive units) artificially, the flower produces fruits as it still has the pistill and so it can reproduce by cross pollination.

In a bisexual flower inspite of the young stamens being removed, artificially, the flower produces fruit. This happens because the flower then gets pollinated by cross pollination.
In this type of pollination, pollen is transferred from the anther of one flower of one plant to stigma of another flower of another plant with the help of various pollinators like wind, water, insects etc.
