space of 60 books = 1.5m = 150cm

space for one book = 150/60 = 2.5cm

no of books occupy the space of 80cm = 80/2.5 = 32books

Answer:

36

Step-by-step explanation:

no.of book -60|x2

shelf lenght -1.5|80

direct proportion ,

1m=100cm

1.5m=1.5×100=150

60/150=x2/80

2/5×80

2×16=32

×2=32

Therefore, 32 books are needed to fill the shelf
