For knowing how many small boxes did a big box contain we should first get the volume of both boxes

Volume of big box=length × breadth × height

=(1×100)cm×60cm×40xm

=240000cubic cm

Now,volume of small boxes=5×8×10

=400 cubic cm

No. of small boxes in the big box = volume of big box/volume of small box

=240000/400

=600 boxes
