r = 28cm = 0.28m \\ h = 4m \\ csa = 2\pi \times r \times h \\  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 0.28 \times 4 \\  = 70.4 {m}^{2}  \\ csa \: of \: 24 \: pillars = 70.4 \times 24 \\  = 1689.6 {m}^{2} \\ cost = 1689.6 \times 8 \\  = 13516.8
