In a burning candle the wax below the flame but does not catch the fire why??

According to law of conservation of energy energy can neither be created not be destroyed but can be transmitted from one form to the another. Energy is converted from usable form to unusable form. Hence any source of energy we use to do work is consumed it cannot be used again......
