Step-by-step explanation:

according to question

A+B= 1050 rs (profit)

Case 1st(A),

principal(CP) = 900rs

profit = 630 rs

We know that

Profit= Sp-Cp

630= SP-900

SP=1530rs

since , total profit earned by Both A and B = 1050

profit earned by B = 1050- 630= 420rs

case 2nd ( B)

SP-CP=420rs

CP= Sp-420 rs

Answer:

B's profit =1050-630=420

For getting 630 profit we have to invest 900 rs

For getting 1 rs profit we have to invest 900÷630 rs

For getting 420 profit we have to invest 900×420÷630 = 600 rs
