provisions for 28 days could mean 1 meal per day per soldier (Some military rations are weird and have a full day of calories in one meal), or three meals per day per soldier. That means you have 1*28*90=2520 meals or 3*28*90=7560 meals. Now divide that new number by 120 soldiers then again by number of meals per day. So 2520/120/1=21 days or 7560/120/3=21 days.
