The end induced between the inner and outer end of the blade is  EMF = 1.26 x 10^-4 V

Explanation:

As we know that the EMF induced due to rotation of conductor in constant magnetic field is given as:

EMF = 1/2BωL^2

Here we know that

ω = 2\π f

ω = 2\π(2)

ω = 4\π rad/s

B = 8 x 10^-5 T

L = 0.5 m

Now we have

EMF = 1/2(8 x 10^-5)(4π )(0.5)^2

EMF = 1.26 x 10^-4 V
