Process; First divide given word into 2 Halfs,means PERSON as PER ,SON, now first take PER ,and see from last ,the last letter is R so what is the letter after R that is S,so write S first and now take letter E , and now write letter after E that is F, write F second, and now take letter P, and write the letter after P that is Q and now take the second half that is SON , again take the last letter of the SON that is N,and now write the before letter of N that is M,and now take the letter O,from SON and write the before letter of O that is N ,and now take the letter S, and now write the before letter of S that is R. now finally write all after and before letters.And it forms like SFQMNR.
