There are 1/3 women in which 1/3 have children hence 1/9 workers who are women have children.

Also among the 2/3 male workers 3/4 are married and 2/3 of married men have children . Hence workers who are male with children are (2/3)×(3/4)×(2/3) = 1/3 workers.

Hence total workers with children are 1/3 + 1/9 = 4/9.

So workers without children are equal to 1-(4/9) = 5/9 of the total workers.
