in a chemical reaction if 6.4g of sodium carbonate is added to 8g of Ethanoic acid, the product comes out to be 7.9g of sodium ethanoate with 3.2g of Co2 gas and water. Find out the mass of water so formed.i want explamation also.it is 2 marks ques.​

Sodium carbonate + ethanoic acid = sodium ethanoate + carbon dioxide + water by the law of conservation of mass

thus, 6.4 + 8 =7.9 + 3.2 + mass of water therefore 14.4 = 11. 1 + mass of water

mass of water = 14.4 - 11.1 = 3.3 g
