Thank you for asking this question. Here is your answer:

5.5 points, the winner had 9.5

Now we will subtract 9.5 from 5.5

This will give us an answer of 4

And when we subtract 5.5 and 9.5

We will get the answer of 15

Answer:

5.5 points

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the games of points win:

Winner has 4 more points than loser

⇒ Winner wins 4 games

⇒ Loser lose 4 games

Find the games they draw:

Number of games they draw = 15 - 4 = 11

⇒ Winner draws 11 games

⇒ Loser draws 11 games

Find the loser's score:

Each draw in 1/2 points

Score = 11 x 1/2 = 5.5 points

Answer: Loser has 5.5 points.
