tickets sold = 300
x+y=300 ------(i)
total sold =32000
80x+120y=32000 -----(ii)
on multiplying eq( i) by 80
80x+80y=24000 ----(iii)
on subtracting eq. iii from ii
80x+120y=32000
80x+80y =24000

y=200
now x
x+y=200
x+200=300
x=100
Therefore, no. of rs 80 tickets sold is 100
and rs 120 tickets sold is 200
