Ans - we know that two tangent drawn from an external point of a circle is supplementary to the angle subtended by the line segment joining the point of contact at the center.

POQ angle plus PTQ angle = 180 degree

As we know that POQ angle =110 degree.

So PTQ = 180 - 110 = 70 degree.
