solution

data

radius=10cm

distance from the center=6cm

length of chord=?

using pythagoras theorem

a²=b²+c²

⇒c=√a²-b²

c=√10²-6²

c=√100-36

c=√64

c=8

but 2 radius=diameter

⇒r=8/2

r=4
