⭕️In the figure above the perpendiculars bisect the chord.

➖or➖

⭕️AP=AB/2
=8/2
=4cm

⭕️CQ=CD/2
=6/2
=3cm

✔️✔️In Δ APO

Use Pythagoras theorem:-

AO²=AP²+PO²
5²=4²+PO²
=√25-16[whole root]
=√9
=3cm

✔️✔️In ΔCOR

Use Pythagoras theorem :-

OC²=CR²+RO²
5²=3²+RO²
RO=4cm

✔️✔️PR=OR-OP
=4-3
=1cm
