In a circle with centre P. Diameter of the circle is 20 cm. The chord AB is at distance of 6 cm from the centre of the circle then find the length of AB.

distance of a perpendicular line from centre to chord is 6cm so using Pythagoras theorem

20*2=6*2+x*2

so,x=8
