 \frac{1}{req}  =  \frac{1}{r1}  +  \frac{1}{r2}  +  \frac{1}{r3}  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{req}  =  \frac{1}{12}  +  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  >   \frac{1}{req}  =  \frac{1 + 4 + 6}{12}  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{req}  =  \frac{11}{12}  \\  =  > req =  \frac{12}{11}

1/Rp=1/R1+1/R2+1/R3

1/Rp=1/12+1/2+1/3

=1+6+4/12

1/Rp=11/12

Rp=12/11
