In a class 3/7 of 35 students are girls. Find the number of boys in the class.

Let the number of students in class be x

3x/7 = 35

x = 35×7/ 3

Here we will get x = 81.666666

But number of students cannot be in decimals therefore x= 82

Number of boys = 82 - 35 = 47
