According to given 1st condition
y=10 +x -----------(equation 1)
According to given 2nd condition
x=9 and y=?-------(equation2)
From equation(1) we get
-x+y=10
Now substitute value of equation 2 in the above equation
Hence,-9+y=10
y=10+9Hence y=19
