Given that :

Number of boys = 14

So, the number of girls = 32 - 14 = 18

Mean height of 14 boys = 1.56 metres

=> Total height of 14 boys = 14 × 1.56 = 21.84 m.

Also given that :

The mean height of 32 students = 1.515 m

=> Total height of 32 students = 32 × 1.515 = 48.48 m.

Now, Total height of 18 girls = 48.48 - 21.84 = 26.64 m.

The mean height of girls = 26.64/18 = 1.48 m.
