There are (39-36) or total 3 boys (Why is there only 3 boys though hahaha) in the class.
Now the total weight for all the girls in the class is (38×36) or 1368 kg. And the total weight of all the students is (40×39) or 1560 kg. So the total eight of the boys must be (1560-1368) kg or 192 kg.
Thus the average weight for the boys is (192÷3) or 64 kg!
