Solution:-

Total no of students =56

Let,no of girls be x

Therefore, no of boys will be 6/7x

ATP,

6/7x+x=56

6+7/7x=56

13x=56×7

x=56×7/13

x=4×7

x=28

Therefore, no of girls is x=28

no of boys is 6/7x=6/7×28

=6×4 = 24

Ans:- Girl=28; Boys=24
