45% of 80=45/100*80

Answer:24

Step-by-step explanation:

% of students playing carrom=60%

The no. of students playing carrom=80×60/100=48

% of students playing nothing=10%

No. of students playing nothing=10/100×80=8

Hence no. of students playing chess only=80-(48+8)=24
