now total marks for 6 correct and 4 incorrect answer =6(4)+4(-2)=24-8=16 marks

b. 3 answers are correct then 7 answer are incorrect

total marks =3(4)+7(-2)=12-14=-2 marks

c.1 answer is correct then 9 answers are incorrect

total marks= 1(4)+9(-2)=4-18=-14 marks
