Step-by-step explanation:

let the no of right questions be X and no of wrong question be 10-x

2x+(10-x)*-1=15

2x-10+x=15

3x= 25

x=25/3

Let the number of correct answers of Tushar be x

Number of wrong answers be y

There are total 10 questions.

Hence, x + y = 10 ----- (i)

Now,

1 correct answer = 2 marks

x correct answers = 2 × x

= 2x

1 wrong answer = -1 mark

y wrong answers = -1y

Tushar scored 15 marks.

Therefore,

2x - 1y = 15 ----- (ii)

Adding (i) + (ii)

x + y + 2x - y = 10 + 15

→ 3x + 0 = 25

→ x = 25/3

Number of questions attempted correctly = 25/3

P.S. My steps and methods are correct but the answer should not have been in fraction cuz we never count in fractions. I hope you see your question again if it's a valid question or not.
