in a class the girls are 60% of the total number of students and boys are 18 in number .How
many students are there in the class?

If girls are 60% that means that boys are the rest 30%.
That means,
18/x ×100=30%. Where X is the total number of students.
Hence we solve for X and get,
18×100÷30=X
X=60 to the nearest whole number.

Hence, total students are 60.
