percentage of girl student in the class :

$( \frac{15}{40} \times 100)\% \\ = 37.5\%$

percentage of boys student in the class :

$(100 - 37.5)\% \\ = 602.5\%$

or,

$( \frac{25}{40} \times 100)\% \\ = 62.5\%$

using some percentage formula I have founded number of students and percentage of girls and boys students but there are many formulas for finding answer of this one question .
