Well, momentum is a very good answer on that list and is usually conserved in collisions. BUT, there do exist collisions for which momentum isn't conserved. If there is a significant net impulse due to external forces, momentum for the system isn't conserved. If you extend the definition of your system to the entire universe, then momentum is ALWAYS conserved.
