hey dear

here is your answer

Solution

Let the total number of people be x

No of female = 6x / 8

So

No of male = total people - number of female

So , = x - 6x /8

= < take Lcm 8 >

= x * 8 / 1*8 - 6x /8

= 8x / 8 - 6x /8

no of male = 2x / 8

According to the question

6x / 8 = 36 + 2x /8

6x /8 - 2x / 8 = 36

4x / 8 = 36

x = 36 *8 /4

simplify this

it comes 72

hence no of male is

2/8 *72. ,( simplify this)

= 18

hence your answer is

< no of male is 18 >

hope it helps

thank you
