let the profit be 'x'
to make the denominator same of the values -
1/4×5/5=5/20- rohit's share

2/5×4/4=8/20-sumit's share
total share=x=20/20
therefore sujata's share= total share- (sumit's share+rohit's share)
=20/20-13/20
=7/20
answer: sujata's share would be 7/20

shaifalirastogi143: total share 20/20 kaise Aya
funkyishitap8k2t8: 20/20is the whole after taking the lcm, thus it is the total share
funkyishitap8k2t8: umm, like , you take 5 chocolates from 10, thus ypu have taken 5/10 and i take 2 , so it will be 2/10 , remaining would be 3, that is 3/10

Answer:

 \frac{7}{20}

Step-by-step explanation:

Rohit gets:

 \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{5}{20}

Sumit gets:

 \frac{2}{5}  \times \frac{4}{4}  =  \frac{8}{20}

 \frac{5}{20}  +  \frac{8}{20} =  \frac{5 + 8}{20}  =  \frac{13}{20}

Sujata gets:

 \frac{20}{20}  -  \frac{13}{20}  =  \frac{7}{20}
