has got 12 correct answers, how

many questions has she attempted

b) Rohit scored (−6) marks in this

test, though he has got 7 correct

answers. How many questions has

let the no of questions attempted incorrectly be X

12*4+X*(-2)=20

48-2x=20

-2x=20-48

-2x=-28

X=14
