consider mass of different atoms as 9x for carbon

1x for hydrogen

3.5x for nitrogen

total mass= 9x+1x+3.5x=108g

13.5x=108

x=8

mass of carbon= 9*8=72g=12*6

so total 6moles carbon atom

mass of hydrogen atom= 1*8=8

so total 8 moles of hydrogen atom

mass of nitrogen atom=3.5*8=28g=2*14

total moles of nitrogen= 2

so formula of the compound = C6H8N2

hope this helps
