f1 is the principal focus hence if f=24 then it means F1 = 24 cm

jaaishriraam1: then, what about 'f' becoming grater than 'R'
apiha: f= r/2
jaaishriraam1: no, it's r=f/2
apiha: thn radius of curvature is greater than focul length
apiha: r is greater than f
jaaishriraam1: in spherical mirrors we have studied this relation(r=f/2)
apiha: yes u are right
apiha: so according to that r is always greater than f
jaaishriraam1: okk
jaaishriraam1: thanks
