Answer

4.8 per over.

Step-by-step explanation:

40balls ,already hit 8 times to boundary.

So 40 subtract from 8 times hit boundary gives did not hits boundary. Which is for 40 balls.

So, 32/40=16/20=8/10=4/5

The propablity 4 balls per 5 bals. Convert this into per over as cricket.

4/5=24/30=4.8/6

so 4.8 per over is the probablity of not hitting boundaries.
