the according to given condition no. of wickets taken by Sumit ( 4+2x)

x+(4+2x)=16
x+4+2x=16
3x=16-2
3x=12
x=12/3
x=4.

Amit=x= 4

Sumit=4+2x
=4+2×4
=4+8
=12
