Volume of a cyliner = πr²h →1
   Given radius is halved, r will be r/2.
              height is doubled, h will be 2h.
      Substituting both in 1, we get:
       Volume = πr²h
                    =π × (r/2)² × 2h
                    =π × r²/4 × 2h
∴Volume of the new cylinder =π r² h
